The Stock Movements sheet records each transaction with the following fields:

  • Date & Time (Date-Time)
  • Item ID (Reference)
  • Type (Inbound / Outbound / Return)

Reorder Alerts dynamically identifies items below the reorder level using formulas and applies conditional formatting.
