Formulas Required

  • Auto-Client ID: =TEXT(ROW()-1,"000") used in combination with a prefix "CLT-" for sequential numbering.
  • VLOOKUP (Client Name): =VLOOKUP(A2, 'Client Data'!$A$2:$H$100, 2, FALSE) to pull client names from the master list.
  • Progress Status Indicator: =IF(C3="Completed", "Done", IF(D3
  • Days Remaining: =MAX(0, C3 - TODAY()) where C3 is the Target End Date.
  • Revenue Calculation: =IF(E2="Completed", F2 * G2, 0) where E2 is status and F2/G2 are rate/hours.

Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Status Column: Highlight "Overdue" in red, "On Track" in green, and "Completed" in dark gray with checkmark icon.
  • Progress (%): Use data bars to visualize completion levels (0% = no bar, 100% = full bar).
  • Days Remaining: Red if ≤ 3 days; yellow if 4–7 days; green otherwise.

User Instructions
