Conditional Formatting Rules
- Red Highlight for Missed Days:
Apply to column E if "Missed" is selected → Fill color = #FF6347 (Tomato red). - Green Background for Completed Habits:
If status is "Yes" → Fill = #90EE90 (Light Green). - Consecutive Streak Indicator:
Highlight cells in the Consecutive Days column (column H) > 5 days → Yellow background with bold text. - Warning for Low Success Rate:
If weekly completion rate is below 70% → Background color = #FFD700 (Gold).
User Instructions
- Open the template and navigate to Sheet 4: Client Profile & Goals. Enter client name, start date, primary goals, and habit list.
- Return to the Daily Tracker (Planning View). The date column auto-populates from the start date. If needed, extend it by dragging the last cell down.
- For each habit listed in Sheet 4, enter a new row in the Daily Tracker with corresponding Habit # and name.
- Each day, update the status (Yes/No/Missed) and optional time spent. Add personal notes when relevant.
- Review your progress weekly by visiting the Weekly Summary & Insights sheet, which auto-calculates success rates and trends.
- Generate a monthly report using the Monthly Performance Dashboard, where charts visualize habit adherence over time.
- To export for client reporting: Copy relevant sections to a PDF or use Excel’s "Export to PDF" feature. Include summary insights from the dashboard.
