Conditional Formatting Rules
Apply these rules to the "Status" and "Due Date" columns:- Overdue (Red): If status is “Overdue” or Due Date < TODAY(). Format: Red fill, white text.
- At Risk (Orange): If Status is “At Risk” or Due Date within 3 days of today. Orange fill.
- On Track (Green): If status is “On Track” and due date > today. Green fill.
- In Progress (Blue): Highlight in light blue for any item with “In Progress” status.
User Instructions
- Open the template and ensure macros are enabled if required for auto-fill features.
- Populate data on the Compliance Tracker (Main Table}. Use dropdowns where available to maintain data consistency.
- The "Week Number & Year" field will auto-update based on the Due Date. This enables filtering by week for weekly reports.
- At the start of each new week, review the Dashboard to identify overdue items and assign follow-ups.
- Update statuses regularly—ideally daily or at minimum once per business day.
- To generate a weekly report: Filter the tracker by current week, export visible data (Ctrl+C → Paste as Values), and include in email or PDF summary.
- Always verify client and policy names from the Reference Sheet before entering new records to avoid duplicates.
