User Instructions

How to Use This Template:

  1. Start by populating the Settings & Glossary sheet with your brand’s approved content themes, channels, and team names.
  2. Add new assets in the Asset Registry using the dropdowns for consistency. Never manually type status or type values.
  3. Link each asset to a Campaign ID in Campaign Linkage—this enables predictive analytics and ROI tracking.
  4. Update Status daily. The template auto-updates dashboards and alerts.
  5. Use the slicers on the Dashboards sheet to filter by month, channel, or team. Click any chart to drill into underlying data.
  6. To forecast workload: Sort Asset Registry by “Due Date” and use Dashboard 2 (Workload Heatmap) for capacity planning.
