Conditional Formatting
- Bills & Expenses:

- If Status = “Delay” → Orange background

Instructions for the User
Step 1: Enter all vendors in the “Vendors & Contacts” sheet first. This enables dropdowns in Bills and Content Calendar.
Step 2: Plan your content for the month using the “Content Calendar.” Assign a budget and note expected bill references.
Step 3: When an invoice arrives, log it in “Bills & Expenses” with accurate due dates. Link to the corresponding Content Title using hyperlinks or ID codes.
Step 4: Update the Status column when payments are made. The dashboard will auto-update.
Step 5: Weekly, review the “Budget Summary Dashboard” to monitor spending against content goals. Adjust allocations if needed to avoid overspending.
