CONDITIONAL FORMATTING
- Status Column (Weekly Plan): Green for "Published", Amber for "In Progress", Red for "Delayed".
- Budget Allocated vs. Actual: If actual spend in Budget Tracker exceeds allocated budget by >10%, highlight row in yellow on Weekly Plan.
- Paid? Column: Green if "Yes", Red if "No" and date is past invoice due date (auto-calculated using today() + 7).
- Weekly Summary Dashboard: Bar chart bars turn red if weekly budget utilization exceeds 90%.
USER INSTRUCTIONS
How to Use:
- In the Settings sheet, confirm your currency and start day (e.g., Monday).
- Each Monday, update the Weekly Plan with content ideas for the upcoming week and assign budget estimates.
- Daily or bi-daily, log expenses in Budget Tracker as they occur. Link vendors to contracts if applicable.
- Update "Paid?" status after payment confirmation.

- If budget exceeds 85%, consider pausing non-essential content or reallocating from low-priority tasks.
