Formulas Required
- Cash Flow Balance: In cell C1 of Cash Flow Tracker: =SUM(E:E) — this calculates cumulative balance.
- Predicted Monthly Income: In Dashboard sheet: =SUMIFS(CashFlowTracker!E:E, CashFlowTracker!A:A, ">= "&EOMONTH(TODAY(),-1)+1, CashFlowTracker!A:A, "<= "&EOMONTH(TODAY(),0), CashFlowTracker!B:B,"Income") — sums income for current month.

User Instructions
- Start by entering your planned content calendar for the next 30–90 days in the Content Calendar sheet. Use dropdowns to select types and platforms.
- As you complete work or receive payments, update the “Status” and “Estimated Revenue” fields.
- In Cash Flow Tracker, log every income (client payments) and expense (tools, subscriptions) as they occur. Always link income to the corresponding Content Calendar row using the ID column.
- Use Billing & Invoicing to generate professional invoices automatically—just fill in client details; totals pull from Cash Flow Tracker.
- Check the Dashboard daily: it visualizes your cash position and content workload balance. Aim for 70%+ of content pieces to be “Paid” before publishing.

Recommended Charts & Dashboards
The “Dashboards & Charts” sheet contains three dynamic visualizations:- Cash Flow Trend Line: Shows daily balance over the past 6 months. Helps identify income patterns and cash crunches.
- Content Revenue by Type: Pie chart comparing earnings from Blog, Social, Video, etc.—helps prioritize high-yield content formats.
- Status vs Payment Overlay: Bar graph comparing number of “Finalized” items versus “Paid” items. A gap here signals delayed payments or cash flow risk.
