CONDITIONAL FORMATTING
- Status Column: Green = Published; Yellow = In Progress; Red = Delayed; Gray = Planned.
- Publish Date: Highlight in red if date is past due and status ≠ Published.
- Budget Usage: Bar within cell (data bars) showing % of annual budget spent per client. Above 90% triggers red alert text.
- KPI Achievement: Color scale on Target KPIs column: green if exceeded, yellow if 75–99%, red if below 75%.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USER
Begin by entering all client details in the Client Profiles sheet. Each client must have a unique ID. Then, populate the Annual Calendar, scheduling content monthly using the dropdowns provided. Use the Schedule & Deadlines sheet to track internal deadlines (e.g., draft due, design due) with dependencies linked to calendar entries.
Update status weekly and enter actual performance metrics (views, clicks, conversions) in the Performance Dashboard. The dashboard auto-updates. Review client goals quarterly using the Next Review Date column as a reminder. Allocate budget in the Budget sheet—system flags overspending automatically.
This template is designed for annual planning cycles but can be reset each January with a copy of the master file. Always back up before making bulk edits.
