USER INSTRUCTIONS

Getting Started:

  1. Enter all clients in the “Clients” sheet with accurate service tiers and contract dates.
  2. In “Content Calendar,” select Client ID from dropdown — client name auto-fills.
  3. Use dropdowns for Content Type, Channel, Status, and Priority to maintain consistency.
  4. Update the “Content Tracker” sheet every time you revise or get client feedback.
  5. Weekly: Check Dashboard for % of content completed vs. quota per client.
  6. Monthly: Review “Total Content Used” column in Clients sheet to identify overused or underused clients.

Pro Tip: Use Excel’s filter function on the Content Calendar to view only “High Priority” content or content for a specific client. Save weekly copies as backups with date stamps (e.g., “ContentPlan_Jan2024_v1”).
