- Date Column: Highlight weekends with light gray to distinguish workdays.
- Client Name Column: Color-code by client industry (e.g., Finance = Blue, Health = Green) using a lookup table.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER
Daily Use Instructions:
- Open the template each morning. The Date column auto-updates.
- Select your client from the dropdown in Column B (Client Name). If new client, add them to the “Client Database” sheet first.
- Use dropdowns for Content Type and Platform to ensure consistency across projects.
- Update Status daily — even if it’s "In Progress" or "Awaiting Feedback".
- Always enter a Publish Time. This ensures scheduling discipline.
- Add links to content briefs in the Content Brief Link column for easy reference.
- Review the Client Dashboard sheet every Friday for weekly insights and client retention alerts.
- Do NOT delete rows — archive old entries by filtering Date < TODAY()-30 and moving to “Archive” folder.
