User Instructions
Step 1: Set up Clients — Populate the Client Directory first. All content must be linked to an existing client ID. Never create a Content Calendar entry without assigning a Client ID.
Step 2: Plan Content — Add new content rows in the Content Calendar. Use dropdowns for consistency. Enter due dates, priorities, and keywords for SEO alignment.
Step 3: Update Progress — As content moves through stages, update the Status column. Input Actual Hours after completion to measure efficiency.
Step 4: Monitor Budgets — The template auto-calculates budget usage. If a client exceeds 90% of their budget, a warning will appear in red on the dashboard.
Step 5: Review Dashboard — Check the Performance Dashboard weekly for trends in content types, client performance, and resource allocation.
