FORMULAS REQUIRED
- VLOOKUPs for auto-populating client names from Client Directory.

- IFS statements in Status column conditional formatting rules to trigger color codes.
CONDITIONAL FORMATTING
- Status = “Delayed”: Red background on entire row.
- Status = “Published”: Light green fill.
- Priority = “High”: Bold red text in Priority column.
- Date > Today + 3 days: Orange highlight for upcoming deadlines.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER
- Add clients first: Enter all client details into the “Client Directory” sheet. Use dropdowns for consistency.
- Plan monthly content: In “Content Calendar,” fill in one row per asset using dropdowns for Type, Platform, and Status. Ensure Client ID is selected from the list.
- Update progress: As content moves through stages, update the Status column. Record actual publish dates.
- Print monthly summaries: Go to “Monthly Summary (Printable View)” and print using File > Print. This sheet auto-filters for the current month and formats text for legibility on paper.
