The Client Directory includes columns: Client ID, Name, Industry, Contract Start/End Date, Monthly Fee, Primary Contact, Email, Phone. It uses data validation and structured references to ensure consistency.

Formulas Required

  • In column E (Deadline): =IF(COUNTA([@[Week Start Date]]), [@[Week Start Date]]+3, "") — defaults to 3 days after week start unless manually overridden.
  • In column G (Status): Conditional formula to auto-color cells using conditional formatting rules (see below).
  • In Performance Dashboard: =COUNTIFS(WeeklyPlanner[Client Name], "Acme Corp", WeeklyPlanner[Status], "Delivered") to track client-specific delivery rates.
  • Total Content Volume per Client: =SUMPRODUCT((ClientDirectory[Client Name]=WeeklyPlanner[Client Name])*(1)) for weekly output analysis.

Conditional Formatting Rules
