Conditional Formatting Rules
- Status Column: Color-coded: Green = Published, Yellow = Draft, Orange = Review, Red = On Hold.
- Scheduled Date: Highlight in red if within 3 days of today but status is not “Approved”.
- Lead Score: Gradient color scale from light blue (low) to dark blue (high).
- Actual Engagement vs Estimated Reach: Conditional icon set: Up arrow if engagement exceeds estimate, down arrow if underperforming.
User Instructions
