Idea Bank Sheet:

Columns: Idea ID (Auto), Date Added, Topic Title, Type (Dropdown), Platform(s), Tags (#Travel #SelfCare etc.), Priority (High/Medium/Low), Status (Active/Archived).

Weekly Overview Sheet:

A summarized table pulling data from Daily Planner using SUMIFS and COUNTIFS formulas. It shows total completed tasks, average time spent per type, days with high energy levels (>4), and content variety metrics.

Formulas Required

  • =TEXT(A2,"dddd") – Auto-fills day of week.
  • =IF([@Status]="Completed",[@[Time Estimated]],"") – Tracks planned vs. actual effort.
  • =SUMIFS(DailyPlanner!$G$2:$G$100, DailyPlanner!$E$2:$E$100,"Completed", DailyPlanner!$A$2:$A$100,">="&TODAY()-7) – Counts completed tasks in last 7 days.

Conditional Formatting

  • Status Column: Green = Completed, Yellow = In Progress, Red = Delayed.
  • Energy Level: Cells with value 5 turn gold; values ≤2 turn light gray to highlight low-energy days.
  • Date Row: Today’s date is highlighted in a soft blue background using a formula: =A2=TODAY()
  • Idea Bank: High-priority ideas are bolded with red text.

User Instructions

1. Open the template every morning and update “Date” if needed.
2. Review your Idea Bank and pick 1–3 topics for today’s planning.
3. Fill in the Daily Planner: Choose Content Type, write a topic, estimate time, select status and mood.
4. After completing tasks, record actual time spent and update Status to “Completed.”
5. At week’s end, check the Weekly Overview dashboard to reflect on consistency.
6. Regularly add new ideas to the Idea Bank — even if it’s 2 AM and you’re tired! This is your creative archive.
7. Use the Metrics & Trends sheet monthly: Are you posting more video? Is your energy higher on weekends? Adjust accordingly.
