Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Budget Allocation: Highlight cells in “Variance %” column red if >15%, green if < -10% (underspent).
  • Content Calendar: “Status” column: Red for “Planned”, Yellow for “In Progress”, Green for “Published”. Highlight rows where Actual Publish Date is >7 days past Planned Date.
  • Roadmap & ROI: Color-code ROI values: Red if <0%, Amber if 0-25%, Green if >25%.
