CONDITIONAL FORMATTING

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER

How to Use This Template:
1. Start by filling out the Content Calendar with all planned content items and deadlines.
2. For each item, enter associated expenses in the Budget Tracker. Use unique Content IDs for linking.
3. After publishing, update “Actual Cost” and performance metrics in the Performance Summary.
4. Use the charts on the dashboard tab (see below) to review monthly spend vs. ROI.
5. Review “Variance” weekly to stay within budget limits.
6. Do not delete rows—only edit values or add new ones at bottom.
7. Change lead value ($15 default) under Settings if your business differs.
