  • ID (linked from Content Calendar)
  • Days Overdue (Formula: =MAX(0,TODAY()-[Due Date]) if Status ≠ “Published”)
  • Stage Duration (Formula: =IF([Status]="Published", [Publish Date]-[Created Date], ""))
  • Risk Flag (Conditional formatting applied if Days Overdue > 3)

Formulas Required

  • Last Updated: =NOW() triggered via VBA on cell edit, or manually refreshed.
  • Status Count Summary: =COUNTIF(Status Column, "Published") used in Dashboard to show % completion.
  • On-Time Rate: =COUNTIFS(Status Column,"Published",Days Overdue,"<=0")/COUNTA(All Published Rows) * 100

Conditional Formatting Rules
