Status Tracker Sheet
This sheet links to Content Calendar and includes:
- ID (linked from Content Calendar)
- Days Overdue (Formula: =MAX(0,TODAY()-[Due Date]) if Status ≠ “Published”)
- Stage Duration (Formula: =IF([Status]="Published", [Publish Date]-[Created Date], ""))
- Risk Flag (Conditional formatting applied if Days Overdue > 3)
Formulas Required
- Last Updated: =NOW() triggered via VBA on cell edit, or manually refreshed.
- Status Count Summary: =COUNTIF(Status Column, "Published") used in Dashboard to show % completion.

Conditional Formatting Rules
