Conditional Formatting

User Instructions
- Start by logging all planned content in the “Content Calendar” sheet. Populate estimated traffic, conversion rates, and costs based on historical data or industry benchmarks.
- Record all actual or projected expenses in “Cost Breakdown,” linking them to Content IDs using comma-separated values.
- The “Income Statement” will auto-update with totals by category: Revenue, Total Costs (Production + Promotion), and Net Profit.
- Update the Status field regularly as content moves from planning to publication. The Dashboards sheet will reflect real-time KPIs.
- To adjust projections, edit values in yellow-highlighted cells — these are user-editable inputs. Do not modify formulas in blue or grey cells.
