Required Formulas
=COUNTIFS(Content Asset Register!$E:$E, "Published", Content Asset Register!$J:$J, [@CampaignID]): Calculates published assets per campaign.
=IFERROR([@Published Assets]/[@Total Assets Planned], 0): Ensures division by zero is handled for new campaigns.
=TODAY()-[Date Created]: Tracks age of draft content to trigger follow-ups.
=SUMIF(Content Asset Register!$E:$E, "Archived", Content Asset Register!$I:$I): Calculates total storage space used by archived content for backup planning.
Conditional Formatting Rules
Color-code Status: Green = Published, Yellow = In Review, Red = Draft over 14 days old.
Draft Age Alert: Rows where [Date Created] > TODAY()-14 are highlighted in orange with bold text to prompt action.
Storage Overload: If File Size > 500 MB, background turns light red for high-resource assets requiring optimization.
Campaign Delay: If [% Completion] < 30% and today is past the campaign midpoint, row turns pink.
User Instructions
Start by creating Campaign IDs in the Publishing Schedule sheet. Each campaign should represent a distinct marketing initiative (e.g., product launch, webinar series).
Add content assets to the Content Asset Register using unique Asset IDs and link them to an existing Campaign ID.
Update “Status” daily or weekly. Use dropdowns for consistency.
Record file sizes and storage locations accurately for digital asset inventory control.
Use the Dashboard sheet to monitor real-time KPIs: completion rate, top content types, and storage trends.
Do not delete rows; archive by changing status to “Archived.” This preserves audit history.
