INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER

  1. Monthly Setup: At the start of each month, update the "Date" column in Content Calendar with target publication days. Use the dropdowns to assign Type, Platform, and Publisher.
  2. Track Progress: Update Status daily. When content is published, manually enter metrics (Views/Clicks) into Inventory Tracker.
  3. Resource Balance: Check Resource Allocation sheet to ensure no team member exceeds 40 hours per week. Adjust assignments if workload exceeds capacity.
  4. Archive Old Assets: At month-end, review Inventory Tracker. Mark old assets as “Archived” to declutter the active list.
  5. Review Dashboard: Each Friday, check the Dashboards & Charts sheet for insights: which platforms perform best? Which content types have lowest engagement?
