User Instructions

How to Use This Template for Personal Content Planning & Inventory Management:

  1. Start by logging every piece of content you create—even drafts. Every blog, video, or carousel should be an entry.
  2. Update the Status and Platform(s) as you progress. Use dropdowns to avoid typos.
  3. After publishing, log the estimated reach and manually input engagement metrics (likes/comments/shares).
  4. Every time you reuse content (e.g., turn a blog into 3 Instagram posts), increase the “Uses Since Publication” count and update “Last Reused Date.”
  5. Use the Dashboard to identify underused assets. If something has high potential but low reuse, consider repurposing it.
  6. At the end of each month, review the Planning Calendar. Color-code upcoming deadlines and schedule content refreshes.

This template helps you stop creating from scratch and start building a library. Your content inventory is your most valuable asset—treat it like one.
