USER INSTRUCTIONS

How to Use This Template:

  1. Begin by populating the Settings sheet with your organization’s valid options for Content Type, Channel, and Team Members.
  2. Add each new content asset into the Content Inventory sheet using the structured columns. Always use dropdowns to ensure data integrity.
  3. Update Status regularly — this triggers auto-updates in Calendar View and Dashboard.
  4. Check the Dashboard weekly for visual performance metrics, bottlenecks, and content gaps.
  5. Use the Calendar View to drag-and-drop or adjust dates manually; it syncs automatically with the Inventory table via linked cells.
  6. For repurposed content, select “Repurposed” in Inventory Category — this excludes it from new asset quotas.
  7. Delete rows only if an asset is permanently canceled. Archive by changing status to “Archived” instead.
