Formulas Required

  • ID Generation: =ROW()-1 in cell A2, dragged down.
  • Last Updated: =IF(B2<>"",NOW(),"") — auto-fills timestamp when title is entered (use “Calculate Once” in Data Validation to prevent continuous updates).
  • Status Color Indicator: =IF(F2="Published","✅","🔄") for quick visual cues.
  • Days Until Due: =IF(ISBLANK(I2),"",I2-TODAY()) — highlights overdue or upcoming deadlines.
