Formulas Required
- In Content Planner:

Conditional Formatting

User Instructions
To use this template effectively:
- Populate the Client Database with all client details before creating content entries.
- For each content project, enter data in the Content Planner. Update Actual Hours upon completion.
- Once a deliverable is finalized and approved, toggle “Billed? = Yes.” This triggers inclusion in the Invoices Generated sheet.
- Review invoices on the Invoices Generated sheet before sending to clients. Adjust Tax Rate per client agreement.
- Update Payment Status and Payment Date after receiving funds.
- Use the Dashboard for weekly reviews: monitor revenue vs. estimates, top-performing content types, and overdue invoices.
