Formulas Required

  • In Content Planner: =IF([Billed?]="Yes", [Actual Cost], 0) to conditionally include in invoices.
  • In Invoices Generated: =SUMIFS(ContentPlanner[Actual Cost], ContentPlanner[Client], [@Client]) to total client billing.
  • =TODAY() for auto-filling invoice date when “Billed?” is toggled (requires VBA or manual trigger).

Conditional Formatting
