How to use this template:

  1. In the Monthly Planner, begin by entering all scheduled content for the month in the calendar view.

  3. Select a billing rate from the Billing Details table — it will auto-fill into your task rows based on content type.
  4. Update "Status" daily. As items are delivered, they auto-populate into the Invoices Summary sheet using formulas.
  5. At month-end, review the Invoice Summary to generate client-facing PDFs. Use "Paid?" toggle to track receivables.
  6. Use the Dashboard tab for weekly team standups — visualize workload distribution and revenue trends.
