One Page Content Planning Invoice Template for Strategic Content Management
This Excel template is a unique fusion of two critical business functions — Content Planning and Invoicing — unified into a single, streamlined, one-page interface. Designed for marketing teams, content creators, freelancers, and small agencies, this template enables users to track planned content assets alongside their associated financial invoicing data without switching between multiple files or systems. By merging planning with billing in a clean One Page layout, it eliminates redundancy and enhances workflow transparency.
Sheet Names
This template uses only one sheet named: Main Dashboard. Every element — from content calendars to invoice summaries — is embedded within this single worksheet for simplicity and real-time visibility. No hidden or auxiliary sheets are used, ensuring portability and minimizing compatibility issues across Excel versions.
Table Structures
The template features three integrated tables:
- Content Planning Log: Tracks planned content pieces by type, topic, deadline, channel, and status.
- Invoicing Tracker: Records client invoicing details tied directly to each content asset.
- Summary Metrics Panel: Displays KPIs such as total invoiced amount, pending invoices, planned vs. completed content, and average revenue per piece.
