All financial columns use Currency (USD), dates use the standard YYYY-MM-DD format, and status fields are dropdown lists for consistency.

Conditional Formatting Rules
- Red Fill: Any row where “Status” is “Overdue” and due date is before today.
- Yellow Fill: Items with Estimated Revenue > $500 but Cost > 70% of revenue (low-margin risk).
- Green Fill: Completed content items with ROI % above the quarterly target (e.g., 15%).
- Bold Text: Invoices marked “Paid” in the Invoices Summary sheet.
User Instructions
Step 1: Update the “Client Name” and “Content Type” lists on the Data Validation tab (hidden by default).
Step 2: Each month, populate the Content Calendar with planned content. Use dropdowns for Status and Type.
Step 3: As work is completed, mark status as “Completed” and enter actual costs in the Cost Tracker. Link Content ID between sheets.
Step 4: At quarter-end, review the Dashboard. Click “Generate Invoice” to auto-populate the Client Invoices template with finalized data.
Step 5: Export each invoice as PDF and email to clients. Update payment status in “Invoices Summary.”
Note: Do not delete or reorder columns. Use only the provided dropdowns and date pickers.
