Instructions for the User

How to Use This Template:

  1. Enter client details and content topic in the first row under "Client Name" and "Content Topic".
  2. Select content type from the dropdown list (Data Validation enabled).
  3. Input due date and estimated hours spent.
  4. The template will auto-calculate Subtotal, Tax, and Total Due.
  5. Update status as the project progresses: from "Draft" → "In Progress" → "Completed" → "Paid".
  6. Check “Paid?” box when payment is received — this triggers visual feedback.
  7. Use the SummaryDashboard sheet to view your monthly earnings and content type performance. Do not edit this sheet directly.
  8. To add a new invoice, copy the last row and update values — formulas will auto-copy.
