This sheet links content production expenses to personal financing. Users input one-time or recurring costs associated with content creation as loans.

Formulas Required

• Mortgage-style payment calculation: In the Monthly Payment column: =PMT(InterestRate/12, LoanTerm, Cost - DownPayment)
• Total Paid: =MonthlyPayment * LoanTerm
• Net Content Investment: SUM of all Estimated Production Costs in Content Calendar (linked to Budget Summary)
• Cash Flow Projection:=Total Income (assumed monthly) - SUM(Monthly Payments) - Average Monthly Production Cost
• Status Color Indicator: Conditional formatting on Status column: Green for Published, Yellow for Scheduled, Red for Draft

Conditional Formatting Rules

• Status Column (Content Calendar): If "Published" → Green fill; "Scheduled" → Yellow; "Draft" → Light Red.
• Production Cost Column: Values above $300 highlighted in orange to flag high-cost items requiring loan consideration.
• Monthly Payment (Loan Tracker): Payments exceeding 15% of estimated monthly income from content (user-defined cell) trigger red text warning.

Instructions for the User

1. Begin by listing all planned content pieces in the Content Calendar, estimating costs per item.
2. If any item’s cost exceeds your budget, open the Loan Tracker and enter it as a personal loan. Use dropdowns for interest rates to keep accuracy.
3. The Dashboard automatically updates with pie charts showing cost distribution by content type and bar graphs comparing monthly payments vs. expected income.
4. Update “Status” weekly. As items are published, the Budget Summary recalculates actual ROI potential based on your assumed monetization rates (e.g., $10 per blog view, $5 per video like).
5. Do NOT use this template for business loans or formal debt. It is strictly for Personal Use. Adjust all figures to match your real financial situation.
6. Protect the Dashboard sheet to prevent accidental changes but leave data entry sheets unlocked.
