Formulas Required

PMT(): Calculates monthly loan payment in Loan Details.
CUMIPMT(): Computes total interest paid over the life of the loan.

VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP: Pulls cost estimates and conversion rates from a master content cost database (optional sheet).
IFERROR(): Wraps all division formulas to prevent #DIV/0! errors when leads are zero.

Conditional Formatting

In Financial Projections, if Net Profit is negative → cell turns red.
