- Term in Months (n): Average lifespan across content projects weighted by investment.
- Monthly Payment: Calculated using PMT function: =PMT(r/12, n, -P)
- Total Repaid: Monthly Payment × n
- Total Interest Paid: Total Repaid – Principal

Conditional Formatting
- Red Fill: Projects where monthly maintenance cost exceeds projected revenue.

User Instructions
- Begin by entering new content projects in the Content Portfolio sheet. Use the dropdowns for standardized fields (Content Type, Revenue Stream, Status).
- Update the launch date and estimated lifespan accurately—this directly impacts the Loan Calculator.
- The Loan Calculator will auto-update with total investment and weighted average terms. Do not edit cells in this sheet unless you understand amortization logic.
- Every team member should update their “Owner” projects’ status weekly via the dropdown.
- Use the Roadmap & Timeline sheet to visualize project milestones using Gantt-style bar charts (pre-built).
