Content Planning Maintenance Log – Planning View Excel Template

This comprehensive Excel template is specifically engineered for Content Planning teams managing recurring editorial or digital content workflows under a structured Maintenance Log framework, visualized through the intuitive Planning View. Designed for marketers, content managers, and editorial coordinators, this template transforms chaotic content calendars into a dynamic, data-driven maintenance system that ensures consistency, accountability, and proactive planning. Unlike standard calendar templates or simple to-do lists, this version integrates real-time tracking with automated logic to monitor the lifecycle of each piece of content—from ideation through publication to scheduled review or retirement.
