User Instructions
To use this template effectively:

- Add new content items to the Content Master Log. Fill in Title, Type, Publish Date, and Owner. Leave other fields blank—they auto-populate.
- Update “Last Updated” manually when you revise content. The template will automatically recalculate Next Maintenance Due based on type-specific intervals.
- Use the dropdowns to update Status and assign Priority as needed.
- Each Monday, review the Planning View Dashboard for overdue or upcoming items.
- When content is retired, move its row to the Historical Archive sheet using “Move to Archive” button (macro-enabled).
