CONDITIONAL FORMATTING
- Overdue Tasks: Highlight rows in Quarterly_Content_Plan where Due_Date < TODAY() and Status ≠ “Published” with red fill.
- Maintenance Overdue: In Maintenance_Log, highlight Next_Maintenance_Due if it’s earlier than TODAY() with orange background.
- High Impact: In Maintenance_Log, apply green fill to rows where Impact_Score = 5.
