Nutrition Tracker Sheet
Automatically aggregates data from the Weekly Planner:
- Date (Date): Automatically populated by day of week.
- Total Calories (Number): SUM of all meals × servings per person.
- Protein (g), Carbs (g), Fat (g) – Number: Calculated from Recipe Bank lookup formulas.
- Avg. Daily Intake per Person – Number: Divided by number of household members.

Recipe Bank Sheet
A personal repository with:
- Recipe ID (Auto-increment Number)

Conditional Formatting
- Weekly Planner: Green fill if “Status” = Cooked; Red if Skipped; Yellow for Pending.
