Data Types:
- Day: Text (Dropdown: Monday–Sunday)
- Meal Type: Text (Dropdown: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack)
- Recipe ID: Alphanumeric string (e.g., R001–R999), linked to Recipe Library.
- Title: Text (auto-populated from Recipe Library)
- Cuisine Type: Text (Dropdown: Italian, Asian, Keto, Vegan, etc.)
- Prep Time: Number (Integer in minutes)
- Content Posted?: Yes/No dropdown with conditional formatting.
- Social Platform: Dropdown (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Blog)
- Hashtags Used: Text string with auto-generated suggestions based on Cuisine Type and Meal Type.
- Engagement Score: Number pulled from Recipe Library via VLOOKUP using Recipe ID.

Conditional Formatting
- Red Highlight: Applies to any row where Prep Time > 45 minutes and Content Posted? = "No" — alerts user to high-effort, unpublished content.
- Green Highlight: Applied to meals tagged as “Vegan” or “Keto” when Engagement Score > 80 — identifies high-performing niches.
- Yellow Highlight: Flags recipes used more than 3 times in a month (from Recipe Library usage counter) — signals potential evergreen content candidates.
- Bold Text: All meals scheduled for weekends are bolded to prioritize weekend content planning (typically higher engagement).
Instructions for the User
- Start with Recipe Library: Populate at least 10–15 recipes before using the Weekly Planner. Include photo links, prep time, cost per serving, and historical engagement scores.
- Plan Weekly: Each Monday, assign meals to each day using the dropdowns. Use “Recipe ID” to auto-fill titles and metrics.
- Link to Content Calendar: For every meal planned, select a social platform and draft a caption template. The template auto-generates hashtags from your keyword bank (see Settings tab).
- Update Engagement Scores: After each post, manually enter likes/comments in the Recipe Library. Over time, these will guide future planning.
- Sync Grocery List: Every Friday, click “Generate Weekly Shop” on the Ingredients Tracker sheet to auto-create a printable shopping list.
- Review Dashboard: Use the Analytics Dashboard weekly to identify your top-performing cuisines, content formats (e.g., Reels vs. Blog), and underperforming slots.
