The Vendors & Freelancers sheet includes: Vendor Name, Category, Date Paid, Amount ($), Invoice Number, Payment Method (Credit Card/PayPal/Bank Transfer), and a linked Content ID to tie payments to specific assets.

Conditional Formatting Rules
- Over Budget: Cells with Variance > 0 are highlighted in red.
- Under Budget: Cells with Variance < 0 are highlighted in green.
- Status Alerts: “Overdue” status triggers bold red text.
- KPI Achievement: ROI > 200% → gold background; ROI < 50% → light orange.
- Budget Utilization: If over 110%, entire Summary row turns red for urgency.
Instructions for the User
Step 1: Enter your monthly budget ceiling in the Monthly Budget Summary tab. This is your spending cap. Do not exceed without approval.
Step 2: In the Content Categories sheet, list all planned content items with their estimated costs and goals. Use dropdowns to ensure consistency.
Step 3: As expenses occur, enter them in the Vendors & Freelancers tab. Each entry will auto-populate into the corresponding Content Type’s “Actual Spent” field via VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP.
Step 4: After publishing content, update KPI Achieved from your analytics dashboard (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.). The ROI column will auto-calculate.
Step 5: Review the Dashboards & Charts sheet weekly. Use filters to drill down by category or vendor.
Note: This template is fully editable—customize categories, add new columns (e.g., “Content Channel”), or change KPIs to match your strategy.
