Sheet Names

Performance Tracker Sheet

This sheet logs outcomes after content goes live:

  • Platform
  • Reach (impressions) (Number)
  • Engagement Rate (%) (Formula: Likes + Shares + Comments / Reach * 100)

Formulas Required

  • In the Performance Tracker: =((E2+G2+F2)/D2)*100 for engagement rate.
  • In Content Calendar: Conditional formulas auto-highlight upcoming deadlines (e.g., if Status ≠ “Published” and Date = TODAY(), highlight yellow).
  • In Dashboards: COUNTIFS() to count posts by platform or status; SUMIF() to sum total reach per week.
  • A dynamic date generator in Content Calendar: uses Excel's =DATE(Year,Month,RowNumber) to auto-populate the current month’s dates.

Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Status = “Published”: Green fill.
  • Status = “Drafted” & Date is within 3 days: Amber/yellow fill as a warning.
  • Publish Time > 8 PM or < 6 AM: Red text to flag off-peak scheduling.
  • Priority = “High” in Idea Bank: Bold, orange border.
  • Engagement Rate > 15%: Green highlight in Performance Tracker.
