FORMULAS REQUIRED

  • Order ID Generation: =TEXT(TODAY(),"YYMM")&"-"&TEXT(ROWS($A$2:A2),"000") — auto-increments order numbers based on row count.
  • Status Progress: =IF([@Status]="Completed",1,IF([@Status]="Review",0.75,IF([@Status]="In Progress",0.5,IF([@Status]="Planned",0.2,0)))) — calculates % completion for dashboards.
