  • Efficacy Score: Color-scale gradient on Review Score (Red=1, Yellow=3, Green=5).

User Instructions

To use this template effectively:

  1. Start by filling out the “Content Calendar” with all planned content for the next 3–6 months.
  2. When you decide to begin work on a piece, go to “Order Log” and create an entry using the same Content Title (select from dropdown).
  3. Set your deadline and estimated hours. This creates accountability.
  4. As you progress, update the Status field. The dashboard updates automatically.
