Week Number: Uses =WEEKNUM([Due Date],2), ensuring ISO week numbering.
Status Color Coding: Linked to conditional formatting rules (see below).
Publish Date Alert: Formula in column “Days Until Publish”: =IF([Publish Date]>TODAY(), [Publish Date]-TODAY(), "Overdue").
Summary Totals: On the Status Summary sheet, use COUNTIFS() to calculate total items per status, priority level, and content type.
Conditional Formatting Rules
To enhance visual clarity:
Status Column: Green for “Published,” blue for “Approved,” yellow for “In Progress,” orange for “Review,” red for “Delayed.”
Priority Column: Red fill on "High," amber on "Medium," light gray on "Low."
Overdue Tasks: Any row where Publish Date < TODAY() triggers a red border and bold text.
Completion % Gradient: A color scale from light gray (0%) to green (100%) applied across the Completion % column.

How to Use This Template
Update Weekly: Open the template every Monday and update all tasks based on progress.
Add New Orders: Always add new content items in row 2 or below — avoid inserting rows within the table to preserve formulas.
Select from Dropdowns: Use data validation lists (found under Data > Data Validation) for Status, Content Type, Priority, and Assigned To.
Update Completion %: Adjust daily or every 2–3 days to reflect actual progress.
Check the Calendar Sheet: The Content Calendar visually maps due dates across the week — use this for quick weekly reviews.
Audit Weekly: On Fridays, review Status Summary for bottlenecks (e.g., 5+ items stuck in “Review”).
