INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER
First, populate the Rate & Compensation Table with your standard rates per content type and tier (e.g., Advanced Blog Writer: $0.15/word).
Add all freelancers or employees to the Name dropdown in Settings.
Populate the Content Calendar with upcoming deliverables, assigning names and due dates.
Each time content is approved, log it into Payroll Master using the dropdowns. The system auto-calculates pay based on word count or duration.
Update “Status” in Payroll Master to “Paid” once funds are transferred. Dashboard updates automatically.
Use the Dashboard weekly to review spend vs. budget, identify bottlenecks (e.g., delayed video content), and optimize freelancer allocations.
