Conditional Formatting
- Red background: Content overdue by more than 3 days past planned publish date.
- Yellow background: Status is “Approved” but not yet published.
- Green text on light green: Status = “Paid” and payout amount > $0.
- Bold red font: Contractor with total monthly payout exceeding $5,000 (flag for review).
Instructions for the User
How to Use This Template:1. Populate the Contractor Profiles sheet with all freelancer details and their rate structures.
2. Add new content entries in Content Tracker. Select the correct Contractor ID and Content Type.
3. Update “Status” as content progresses: Draft → Review → Approved → Published.
4. Once published, enter Actual Publish Date—the system auto-calculates Payout Amount based on Rate Type and Units.
5. Mark “Paid?” as Yes once payment is processed; this removes it from pending payroll totals.
6. Use the Printable Report sheet to generate a clean PDF or printed version for accounting—this sheet includes logos, summary tables, and signatures.
7. Run the Payroll Summary monthly to verify totals before disbursement.
