Formulas Required

User Instructions

Step 1: In the Settings sheet, define your monthly income goals and expense categories. Customize dropdown lists if needed.

Step 2: Log every content-related transaction in Budget Tracker daily or weekly. Use “Content Project ID” to link expenses to specific projects.

Step 3: In Content Log, create one row per content piece. Enter title, type, target date, and allocated budget.

Step 4: Once a project is published or completed, update its Status. Actual Cost auto-updates; ROI updates when linked income appears in Budget Tracker.

Step 5: Check the Dashboard weekly to see your spending-to-content ratio. Aim for an average ROI above 150% and keep budget overruns under 10%.
