Conditional Formatting

  • Red Fill: ROI below 0%, Actual Cost > Budgeted Cost.
  • Yellow Fill: Actual Hours > 110% of Budgeted Hours.
  • Green Fill: ROI above 50%, Revenue exceeds $200 per asset.
  • Red Text on Remaining Budget: When remaining budget falls below $50.

User Instructions

Step 1: Set your monthly content budget in the “Settings & Help” sheet. This automatically updates all trackers.

Step 2: Enter planned content in the Content Calendar with estimated hours and costs before creation.

Step 3: After publishing, update “Actual Hours,” “Actual Cost,” and “Revenue Generated” for each item.

Step 4: Log every expense or income in Budget Tracker, linking it via the Content ID column.

Step 5: Review the ROI Dashboard weekly. Adjust future content plans based on high-ROI assets.
