INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER
This template is designed for weekly maintenance. At the start of each week, update your Content Calendar with planned pieces and estimated costs/hours. Every time you earn or spend money related to content creation (e.g., ad payout, software subscription), record it in the Financial Tracker and link it via the Content Link ID field. Once a piece is published, update its status in the Content Calendar. The Dashboard will auto-update with your ROI metrics.
Use the Monthly Summary Report sheet to generate a PDF or printout for tax purposes or investor meetings — this sheet compiles all data into an executive-style summary.
Pro Tip: To maximize value, review every quarter: Which content types had the highest ROI? What tools cost more than they earned? Adjust your strategy accordingly.
