=SUMIFS('Inventory Master'!E:E, 'Inventory Master'!H:H, ">="&TODAY(), 'Inventory Master'!D:D, "Active") / COUNTA('Content Calendar'!A:A) - Use
=IF([Stock Level] < [Reorder Threshold], "URGENT: Low Stock", "")in a helper column to flag products needing content-driven promotions. - Auto-calculate Content Priority based on stock levels:
=IF(E2<J2,"High",IF(E2>=J2*3,"Low","Medium"))
Conditional Formatting
- Inventory Master: Highlight rows where Stock Level < Reorder Threshold in red.
- Content Calendar: Apply yellow to planned content for products with “Limited Edition” status.
